1. Dates/Terms/Eligibility:
The "bmi ...more than just Europe" promotion begins June 10, 2008 and ends July 7, 2008. No purchase necessary, agents may enter unlimited ticket numbers by registering them online or once each day during the promotion and by playing the game or by sending via regular mail a 3" x 5" piece of paper with name, company name, IATA number, address, city, province, postal code, phone number, and valid email address hand-printed and mailed to: 'bmi... more than just Europe' promotion, 1599 Hurontario St. Ste 100, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, L5G 4S1. Agents must play the game and register during the promotional period in order to qualify. No mechanical reproductions allowed. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 7, 2008 and received by July 14, 2008. Mail in entries will be entered into the contest in the order in which they are received. Ticket entries apply to any bmi operated flights, (BD plated, BD operated flights, as well as AC plated itineraries with BD operated segments) booked and ticketed between June 10, 2008 and July 7, 2008. The contest is open only to selected/eligible Canadian travel agents (excluding residents of Quebec) with a valid IATA number.

1. Book and ticket any flight operated by bmi = 5 entries per ticket
Ticket entries apply to any bmi operated flights, (BD plated, BD operated flights, as well as AC plated itineraries with BD operated segments) booked and ticketed between June 10, 2008 and July 7, 2008.
2. Play the game and register = 1 entry per day
3. A referred co-worker registers = 1 entry per referred
Playing the game once during the promotional period is mandatory in order to qualify for a prize.
3. Prizes: Grand Prize, 1 winner is entitled to:

4 weekly Prizes: CAD$50 Gift Card
All bookings must be ticketed before prizes are awarded. For group bookings, deposit must be received before award is sent and all rules regarding group booking apply.
By participating in this contest, winners acknowledge that their name and agency will be posted on the www.flybmi.com/canadapromotion website.
All other expenses not specified herein with respect to the above prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is CAD 2150.00. The ARV of the weekly Prizes are CAD 200.00 (4x CAD 50.00).

4. Random drawing:
Potential winners will be chosen by random drawing from all eligible entries received and by all methods combined. They will be notified by e-mail. Drawing for the "bmi ...more than just Europe" weekly prizes will be conducted on June 17, June 24, July 2, July 8, 2008. Grand Prize will be conducted July 15, 2008. All drawing will be held at approximately 5 p.m. EST. All drawings for this promotion will be conducted in Scottsdale, AZ by an independent marketing/judging organization whose decision is final in all matters relating to the giveaways. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting the online entry, the entry submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered will be considered the entrant.
5. Conditions:
The winners will receive prizes within 2 weeks of notification.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-changeable. bmi reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of similar value should the specified prizes become unavailable. bmi reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this prize promotion without notice in the unlikely event of major catastrophe, war, earthquake, or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other similar event.
By participating in this prize promotion, you grant the promoters permission to use your name and likeness for advertising and future promotional purposes without additional compensations (except where prohibited).
Winners are liable for any tax liability accruing as a result of this promotion.
This promotion is void where prohibited.
6. Winners' names:

Winners' names will be sent when the promotion is over and prizes are awarded. Requests for winners' names must be received by July 10, 2008.
