Eligible entries are for new bookings made between 04/09/09 and 06/30/09 for client travel to be completed by 09/30/09 at all Hyatt brand properties located in the United States (including Park Hyatt Hotels, Andaz, Grand Hyatt Hotels, Hyatt Regency Hotels, Hyatt Place and Hyatt Summerfield Suites).

Travel agency may earn 10 percent commission on each room night booked.
Travel agent may earn a $500 Hyatt Gift Card awarded twice a month (6 awards) between April 9, 2009 and June 30, 2009 by booking and registering the most room nights. The six periods include bookings entered between:
April 9 – April 24
April 25 – May 8
May 9 – May 22
May 23 – June 5
June 6 – June 19
June 20 – June 30
Travel agent may earn a $1,000 Hyatt Gift Card awarded one time by booking and registering the most room nights for the duration of the promotion (April 9, 2009-June 30, 2009).
Travel agents are entitled to win one $500 Hyatt Gift Card and one $1,000 Hyatt Gift Card for booking and registering the most room nights during one of the 6 periods and for booking and registering the most room nights for the duration of the promotion.
Entries for Hyatt bookings are applicable to reservations made through a Wholesaler(s), GDS or Hyatt directly. Offer is not valid on group/convention rates, online agencies, wholesale direct bookings and industry discount rates such as travel agent rates, internet wholesale rates (such as priceline.com hotels.com) etc. The offer applies to client bookings only, not applicable to Travel Agent specials or complimentary stays. Cancelled bookings do not apply. Commissions will be paid and Hyatt Gift Cards awarded from entries registered from a hotel booking after the client’s travel has actualized. Awarding of gift cards will only be made to agent of record on the booking or entry. If travel agency does not allow personal bonus commissions or awards it must be noted in a letter so that the award may be paid directly to the Travel Agency. The Travel Agency or individual agent may be asked to complete a W-8BEN form in order to receive payment. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing. This offer will not be extended and may be withdrawn at any time. Hyatt will not be responsible for lost, late, or misdirected requests. All registrations must be received no later than 6/30/09. Commission and awards are nontransferable. The participating Hyatt properties are subject to change without notice. The agent who books the most room nights during the 6 designated time periods for stays completed by September 30, 2009, will be awarded the $500 Hyatt Gift Card, based on entries received as follows:

June 6 – June 19
June 20 – June 30
If there is a tie, meaning two agents have booked the same number of room nights the Hyatt Gift Card will be awarded to the agent whose room nights produced the most revenue. The $500 Hyatt Gift Cards will be awarded after the registered room nights have actualized. Should entries originating from bookings not actualize – a subsequent winner will be chosen.
Agents will be notified within 5 business days after (6) registration periods listed above.
Final $1,000 Hyatt Gift Card Reward:
The agent who books the most room nights will be awarded the $1,000 Hyatt Gift Card, based on all entries received by June 30, 2009 for stays completed by September 30, 2009. If there is a tie, meaning two agents have booked the same amount of room nights the gift card will be awarded to the agent whose room nights produced the most revenue. The $1,000 Hyatt Gift Card will be awarded after the registered room nights have actualized. Should entries originating from bookings not actualize – a subsequent winner will be chosen. Agents are responsible for paying all applicable taxes. All other expenses not specified herein with respect to the above prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
Agents awarded Hyatt Gift Cards will be determined by all eligible entries received.
Awards will be determined in Scottsdale, AZ by an independent marketing/judging organization whose decision is final in all matters relating to the awards.

Winners are responsible for paying all applicable mandatory taxes.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-changeable. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered. Hyatt reserves the rights to provide substitute prizes of similar value should the specified prizes become unavailable.
Hyatt reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this promotion and without notice in the unlikely event of major catastrophe, war, earthquake, or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other similar event.
By participating in this promotion, you grant the promoters permission to use your name and likeness for advertising and future promotional purposes without additional compensations (except where prohibited).
Winners are liable for any tax liability accruing as a result of this promotion.
