We're immensely proud to say that just about all the rumors you've heard about Upper Class are true... yes, there really is a proper bar, direct aisle access from every seat, a-la-carte Freedom dining, limo transfers on most fares and peerless airport lounges. The Seat
- The seat is 56cm wide - Wider than BA's Club World and First Class seats.
- Comes complete with integral ottoman which doubles as a seat for guests.
- Every seat faces forward and has direct aisle access.
The Bed
- The biggest fully flat business class bed flying from Sydney to Hong Kong and London.
- The bed is 202cm long - Longer than BA's Club World and First Class beds.
- The bed is 84cm wide across the shoulder area offering over a foot more shoulder room than BA's Club World.
Convertible at the Touch of a Button
The seat flips over to become a fully flat bed at the touch of a button. This allows for the two sides to serve completely separate functions - a fully contoured seat on one side covered in soft leather, while on the reverse the bed is built of firm, highly supportive foams covered in a breathable fabric for maximum sleeping comfort.
Aisle Access for Everyone
With a maximum of four Upper Class Suites across the width of the cabin (as opposed to BA's eight) every Upper Class Suite gives you your own personal space with direct access to the aisle - even the window seats. And all of the seats face forward.

The Upper Class Bar
Our stunning bar is a great place for your clients to stretch their legs and meet fellow travellers, chat with the crew, have a drink or something to eat.
Upper Class Amenity Kit
Passengers travelling in Upper Class now receive a fab new Snooze Pack.
Passengers will receive an enhanced Upper Class Snooze Pack together with a selection of new supplementary items from uber cool spa brand, Cowshed, whose salon features in our award winning Heathrow Clubhouse.
A stylish and handy fabric shoe bag contains the necessary inflight essentials. And we encourage Upper Class passengers to use the shoe bag during the flight, recycle it for use on a subsequent trip or simply take it home with them.
The shoe bag contains:
- Toothbrush and toothpaste
- Eye shades
- Socks
- Earplugs
- Charity envelope
In addition the Cabin Crew offer the following items shortly after take off:
- Razors
- Polo mints
- Pens
- Cowshed moisturizer, shaving foam and lip balm
Made in England Cowshed products are created using subtle herbal infusions as well as high quality pure essential oils from around the world. This means that our passengers can enjoy the luxury of Cowshed not only in the Heathrow Clubhouse but in our Upper Class cabin too.
To and From the Airport
Upper Class passengers booked in J & D-Class are entitled to chauffeured roundtrip airport transfers to/from their home or work.
If they arrive at Heathrow airport by chauffeur driven car or LimoBike, the chauffeur will check them in at our unique Drive Thru Check In so they can bypass the terminal and head straight for the Clubhouse. They will move from limo to lounge in ten minutes! Your clients will never want to travel any other way again. Happy travelers are happy return clients!
Clubhouses
Upper Class passengers are invited to relax in our Clubhouse lounges prior to departure. They're found right across our network and are all different.
Our flagship Heathrow Clubhouse provides the ultimate pre-flight experience for every Upper Class passenger with an array of exciting new and unique features. For those on the go, The Clubhouse is fully wireless and features a business centre equipped with work stations, phone/fax, printers, photocopiers and recharge stations.

Cowshed has created a selection of exclusive treatments especially for our Upper Class passengers. Each one begins with a shoulder massage and lasts 30 minutes. Treatments include:

- On the Hoof pedicure designed to refresh and revitalise tired legs.
- Rhinestone Cowboy treatment - one for the boys - A deep cleanse, wet shave and massage.
For those passengers who do not have much time to spare, Cowshed offers express treatments including a 15 minute relaxing massage, an eyebrow tidy or a quick file and paint of nails.
